5.4 Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures in compliance with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and CCPA standards to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction.

8.1 General Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SDMA Media Mehic's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the services shall not exceed the aggregate amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Exclusions: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.3 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of third-party services, integrations, or APIs connected to our platform.

8.4 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

9.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current service period.

9.2 Termination by Beazy: We may suspend or terminate access to services immediately in case of material violation of these Terms, or with thirty (30) days' written notice for any other reason.

9.3 Data Export: Upon termination, you have a thirty (30) day period to export and retrieve all of your data, including vehicle inventory records, customer information, and any other data stored on the platform. After this period, data may be permanently and irrecoverably deleted.

9.4 Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, data protection, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

12.1 User Content: You are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, or distributed through our services, including vehicle listings, promotional materials, and customer communications. You must ensure all content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

12.2 Advertising Compliance: If you use our platform's advertising and marketing features, you agree to comply with all applicable advertising laws and the policies of any third-party advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, etc.).

12.3 Advertising Data: Data collected for advertising purposes is processed in strict accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our privacy practices described in Section 5.

This website and the Beazy platform are operated and maintained by SDMA Media Mehic. Use of the site and services is governed by these Terms and our privacy practices.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, increased sales, revenue, or profitability. Results vary based on individual business conditions, market factors, effort, and usage of the platform.

While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability of our systems, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all business-critical information managed through the platform, including vehicle data, customer records, and financial information.
